2024 Festival Schedule

  • Playing off this year’s CB Wine + Food Festival theme of "Summer Nostalgia", we will be welcoming guests to the Wine + Food Festival with a unique and elevated summer influenced dinner prepared by Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman with wines by Chimney Rock Winery. Your dinner will be followed by a concert by the Fab Four, a stellar Beatles cover band. We are sure to bring back some memories of past festivals and bygone eras as we wine, dine and groove to some fabulous tunes.

  • Leaning into this year’s CB Wine + Food Festival theme of "Summer Nostalgia", we will be throwing caution to the wind as we celebrate summer with our first Summer Dance Party amidst the alpenglow cast on Mt. Crested Butte. This dinner celebrates the taste of summer warmth through a journey of tapas prepared by Chef Pat Manning served alongside Spanish wines poured by Tre Gerbitz. Join us to wine, dine and dance the night away to the Jacob Larsen Band.

  • Embark on an enchanting journey, "Foraging Hike: Woodland Wanderlust," set amidst the serene backdrop of the Woods Walk. Led by Amanda Ellis, participants will delve into the heart of nature's pantry, discovering wild edibles and medicinal plants. Immerse yourself in the lush greenery as you learn to identify and harvest nature's treasures.   • For our final Tour de Forks dinner we will be settling into the fireside glow of the campfire with indulgent wines from the Kermit Lynch portfolio and big flavors influenced by XIT Ranch and prepared by Chef Abby Knowles. Join us around the campfire to wine, dine and relax as we watch the sunset over the Elk Mountains.

  • Ease into a leisurely Sunday with our wine seminar, "Sip + Screen Sunday." Perfect for recovering from the excitement of the Grand Tasting the day before, this laid-back event invites participants to unwind with a movie and, of course, some wine. As you settle in, relax with a carefully curated film selection while indulging in a variety of fine wines selected by our Festival Director. This seminar offers the ideal opportunity to decompress, sip on exquisite wines, and enjoy the magic of cinema in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're seeking relaxation or simply a delightful way to spend your Sunday, Sip + Screen promises to be a memorable and rejuvenating experience.
